Songwriting Week 2024

What happens when you bring together more than 40 talented students from Finland, The Netherlands, Belgium, and Scotland to write songs under the guidance of two established artists? You get a week full of intercultural exchange, creative collaboration, and musical inspiration! That’s what happened at Songwriting Week 2024, a project supported by Erasmus+ and hosted by PXL-Music (B). The students worked in teams of three or four, each with a different nationality, and wrote songs in various genres and styles. At the end of the week they received feedback from an industry panel of experts and professionals.

Thanks to Sennheiser / Neumann and Music Vanderheyden, each team had access to high-quality loudspeakers to enhance their writing sessions.
