Lien in the Land of the Morning Calm

Lien Remmerie (student music management) took off to Seoul, capital of South-Korea, for an internship at Fly Music Entertainment.

FM Entertainment is small player in the exploding K-Pop scene, a music scene that reached a worldwide audience thanks to bands like BTS. Lien works at the global marketing department with a focus on goodies, benchmarking and distribution. Next to that she collaborates on the development of label magazine.

Lien is staying in Hongdae, a neighbourhood in the Mapo district, knwown for it’s university and fashion scene. There you can also find some typical contrasts between tradition and future.
