To celebrate the anniversary, PXL-Music launched a temporary logo.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-968\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pxlmusic.be\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/PXLMUSIC_X_LOGOVIERKANT.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\"><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>The logo was inspired by a campaign image against music piracy from the BBC in the eighties, an image that was reworked a few times in pop history by acts like Sonic Youth, DEVO and The Pirate Bay. The logo was introduced in the first week of school as a pirate flag and was hoisted in front of the building.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-969\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pxlmusic.be\/nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/11\/PXLMUSIC_HIJSENVLAG_FACEBOOKCOVER.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"100%\"><br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>There&#8217;s more in this anniversary year: a book will be published and several performances will take place in the building, like <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pxlmusic.be\/en\/sticker-street\/\" rel=\"noopener\">Sticker Street<\/a>, the Album District and the Wall of Manifests.<\/h2>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>2018-2019 is the 10th academic year of PXL-Music.
